New PDFs in a folder are read and filed by what they are: contract, invoice, receipt, reading or other, each into its own folder under Documents/Sorted. If Jev is not confident, the file stays put and you get a notification. Never overwrites. Setup: choose the folder and connect Jev.
Rename Desktop Images by Content
New images in a folder get a name that says what is in them, such as golden-retriever-park.png. An AI model looks at each new image and renames it with a short description. It never overwrites an existing file. Setup: choose the folder and an AI provider with a model that can read images.

How it works
- 1
An image appears
Something new lands in the folder you are watching.
- 2
A model looks at it
An AI reads the picture and works out what is actually in it.
- 3
It gets a real name
The file is renamed to match — golden-retriever-park.png instead of Screenshot 12.

More in Files & Folders
Clears screenshots off your Desktop as you take them. Each new screenshot moves to Pictures/Screenshots, so they are all in one place. Nothing is deleted and it never overwrites a file. No AI. Setup: choose the folder your screenshots save to. On a non-English Mac, change one word in the rule.
Keeps your Downloads folder tidy on its own. New PDFs, images, archives and installers each move into a matching subfolder as they arrive. Everything else is left alone, nothing is deleted, and it never overwrites a file. No AI. Setup: choose your Downloads folder.
