Refund Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

The one-time Watchflows app license ships with a 14-day free trial. Because you can fully evaluate the app before purchasing, we don't refund that one-time license fee. Watchflows Cloud subscriptions and Spark packs have their own policies, further down this page.

If something is broken or wrong

If Watchflows isn't working as advertised, or you bought on the wrong account or wrong machine, email support@watchflows.app and we'll make it right. We've never refused a legitimate request.

Watchflows Cloud subscriptions

You can cancel any Cloud plan at any time — inside Watchflows or from any browser at watchflows.app/manage.html. Canceling stops the next renewal; your plan keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not prorate or partially refund the unused part of that period. Annual plans work the same way on a yearly cadence: canceling part-way through the year keeps your plan through the paid-through year-end and then stops it — we do not refund the remaining months of an annual term. This is the same across all three tiers (Cloud Standard, Cloud Pro, and the Owner Bundle).

If, instead of simply canceling, you ask us to refund a Cloud charge: a partial refund below $25 is treated as a courtesy and leaves your access in place through the period you paid for; a refund of $25 or more — like a full refund or a card chargeback — ends Cloud access right away. There is no fixed deadline for asking: subscription refunds are goodwill and handled case by case, so just email us.

Spark packs

Spark packs ($5, $10, and $25) are one-time top-ups and never expire, so you can spend them at any time. If a pack didn't do what you hoped, just email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full — no partial math, no fuss. Because the price points are small and pack Sparks pool into one balance, we keep this simple: a full refund on request rather than a pro-rated remainder.

Monthly Spark allowances that come with a subscription are part of that plan and are not separately refundable; see the subscription policy above. The one-time app-license refund stance at the top of this page is unchanged.

Chargebacks

Please email us first before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of any refund and takes longer for you to get your money back. We've never refused a legitimate refund request.

EU / UK statutory rights

Consumer law in some jurisdictions, including the EU and UK 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods, may grant you a statutory right to a refund regardless of the policy above. If you're in one of those jurisdictions and want to invoke that right, email support@watchflows.app and we'll honor it. This section is a disclosure, not legal advice.
