Refund Policy

Watchflows ships with a 14-day free trial. Because you can fully evaluate the app before purchasing, we don't refund the license fee.

If something is broken or wrong

If Watchflows isn't working as advertised, or you bought on the wrong account or wrong machine, email support@watchflows.app and we'll make it right. We've never refused a legitimate request.

Chargebacks

Please email us first before opening a chargeback with your card issuer. A chargeback costs us a fee on top of any refund and takes longer for you to get your money back. We've never refused a legitimate refund request.

EU / UK statutory rights

Consumer law in some jurisdictions, including the EU and UK 14-day cooling-off period for digital goods, may grant you a statutory right to a refund regardless of the policy above. If you're in one of those jurisdictions and want to invoke that right, email support@watchflows.app and we'll honor it. This section is a disclosure, not legal advice.
